Netrunner is designed to be as inclusive as possible: All current sets are available on a print-and-play basis, proxies and alt-arts are legal at all levels of play, there are very few invitation-only competitive events. The Netrunner World Championship is open to anyone that wants to attend. But the cost of traveling and staying in a city far from where a player lives can still prohibit them from attending.

Run Together is an annual community-driven fundraiser that aims to help people who otherwise couldn’t afford to attend Worlds overcome the hurdle of costs.

Every year, artists donate art to be printed on cards which are then sold to the community. The proceeds of those sales go into a fund that people can apply to have allocated to offset the cost of going to Worlds.
